March 29th, Tues at 6:30 pm we will start to offer Colonial FIT classes. For those who are not interested in high weight barbell movement but rather more cardio, more reps with a boot camp style atmosphere. This is not a CrossFit class it will mostly be KB, wallball, jump rope, running, rowing and core. Each class will have a trainer that will help you scale the workout to your level of fitness. The trainer will also go over all the technique needed for the movements in class. As of now, we will offer this class only on Tues and Thurs at 6:30 pm. After a few months we will start adding more class times.
FIT classes will be free to any current Colonial CrossFit member.
The month of April we will have a special on the classes: $75 a month for 6 months and we will give you half off your first month.
